I was super anxious coming in - I used to work in dealerships & I definitely had an idea about how salesmen were going to act & treat me. Flatly, I didn’t want to come in at all. But Faith, the sales manager, worked to help put me at ease. Her down to earth nature and sense of humor had me feeling okay enough to come in, even when things changed and we had to bring a couple of kids with us. Our salesman, Trey, definitely did alright by us. Both my husband and I left feeling that we would buy a vehicle through him again without question. 10/10 purchase. We had an 11am appointment & he had us out of there in time to greet our kids off the bus in Pryor, but he never once rushed us. He understood we had a time crunch, he was respectful with our kids, knowledgeable about the vehicle we were purchasing, & made sure we left with what we wanted. If he was jerking us around, he made sure we never felt like it. Marte in finance had an even bigger stereotype to surpass with me - finance guys weren’t known for being nice in my experience. He worked some sort of magic though that tripled my coverage and had barely put a hitch in my payment. AND he was cool - like, really cool. I’m afraid we’re now those cheesy people that say something about going to Jim Norton for life… guess that’s what happens when they provide a stellar car buying experience. Good job, guys.
